Our green light therapy lamp is a non-pharmacological, natural and effective way to relieve migraines. Please go to your bedroom, eliminate all other light sources, and turn the green lamp on to the green light mode, under the green light mode, please take a minimum of 30 minutes of treatment per day. For a better effect, we recommend 30 minutes to 2 hours (the longer, the better).
